Updating Parent/Guardian Email Addresses in Skyward

Attention Parents/Guardians:

To change an email address in Skyward, please email the following to Dr. Ken Briggs briggsk@hasdk12.org

A picture of the parent/guardian's driver’s license or state issued ID along with the student’s name, date of birth, school, and the email address you want added to the account. When the change is made, the parent/guardian will be notified.

Please make sure the subject of the email reads: UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS

MAPLE MANOR ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL

PICK UP AND DROP OFF PROCEDURE

Attention Parents/Guardians:

Parents will enter the parking lot from W. 20th Street, commence down through the lot to the drop off door and exit left onto W. 21^st Street. 21st Street WILL NOT be an entrance. The W. 22nd Street entrance will be strictly buses only.

Atención Padres/Guardianes:

Los padres entraran al estacionamiento por la Calle 20 Oeste, comenzando hacia abajo a través del estacionamiento hacia la puerta de dejada de estudiantes y salen a la izquierda hacia la Calle 21 Oeste. La Calle 21 NO SERÁ una entrada. La entrada de la calle 22 Oeste será estrictamente para los autobuses solamente.

Pickup:

Parents will follow the same route as above and park along the sidewalk curb forming two lanes while waiting for students. Parents must stay in their vehicles. If you wish to stand and wait for your child please park on 20th Street or Putnam Street. This will help keep traffic moving.

PAC Event and Meeting Announcement

Our May PAC meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 21st, at 10:00 a.m. Our end of the year PAC parent incentive program will follow the meeting. We look forward to seeing you!

Reminder: Please do not park in the handicap parking spaces unless you have a placard.

Parent Engagement Programs:

Our 6th Grade Annual Poetry Program will be held on Thursday, May 8th, at 6:00 p.m. Student volunteers from each class will be presenting their poems to their friends and families.

All student readers and greeters should arrive no later than 5:30 p.m. We look forward to this special event!
