     6th Grade Community Service Club

    All Club information and communication is on TEAMS. Please check our team regularly.
     
     
    The 6th grade Community Service Club at HEMS is a club dedicated to helping others in both our school community and those in the Hazleton Area.  We will be completing various projects throughout the year which are all service oriented. If you feel you would enjoy helping others, then The Community Service Club is for you!
     
    *If you want to join the Community Service Club, you must meet the following criteria:
     
    *You must be a 6th grade student at HEMS
     
    *You must be able to attend the meetings outside of normal school hours. Meetings are until 4:15
     
    *You must have signed a permission slip/service contract and contact UP-TO-DATE emergency contact information. 
     
    *You must have permission to be photographed for publicity purposes to promote the work of the HEMS Community Service Club for various community service projects.
     
     
     
     
    *If the student misses 2 of the meetings, the student MAY be dismissed from the club.
     
    *Students that have behavior problems in the classroom, students with suspensions from school WILL be dismissed from the club. REMEMBER...you are a representative of this school and the surrounding community...how you conduct yourself is important!
     
    *Mrs. Karlick reserves the right to revoke club membership at her discretion. Parents WILL be notified.  Active participation is KEY when servicing the community.
