      What is meditation? Meditation is engaging in contemplation or reflection.  It is a way to calm our thoughts and focus on ourselves. Meditation is a skill that must be practiced.  Sometimes when we try to meditate our mind might wander off and we might forget to breath but that is normal.  All you need to do is reset and continue your journey.
