CPR is a recognized Industry Credential.  There is a cost if you are interested in CPR training.

This document includes the list of agencies and contact numbers for students to begin a service-learning project.

Project must be approved before tracking hours.

A service-learning project may be developed with a school organization (e.g., National Honor Society), a community organization (e.g., Junior Rotarians), a faith-based organization (e.g., Salvation Army), or a youth organization (e.g., Boy/Girl Scouts). 

The service-learning project must be monitored/supervised by an adult who can verify project completion and sign off at the conclusion of the project. The student must provide written verification of completion from the sponsoring organization/adult supervisor, which is to be appended to this form.

Un proyecto de aprendizaje de servicio puede desarrollarse con una organización escolar (por ejemplo, la Sociedad Nacional de Honor), una organización comunitaria (por ejemplo, rotarios juveniles), una organización religiosa (por ejemplo, el Ejército de Salvación) o una organización juvenil (por ejemplo, Boy/Girl Scouts).

Please take this form with you, obtain the signature after each project is finished, and keep track of your hours.  (Minimum of 10 hours for the project to be completed)

A service-learning project has a significant impact in meeting the needs of communities and that allow people to help others by sharing their time and talents.  Leadership and decision making are some skills practiced in performing service-learning along with increasing self-esteem, and networking for future career contacts.
