• Hello and Welcome to my "All About Me" page! My name is Brenda Crosley and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year. I am looking forward to seeing your child achieve new skills. I have been very busy adding more skill sets for your child and the classroom team has been adding new tasks for your child as well. We will continue to do this and celebrate all of your child's accomplishments.

I graduated from Misericordia University with a degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education and Special Education. I was a part of the original autism support group when SAFE (Support for Autism Families Everywhere) was formed. (See my parent resources page for more information.) Since then, I have worked with children of various abilities for the past 27 years in the Lehighton Area School District. I finally decided to make the move back to my "home" school district where I went to school from elementary to high school.

I am married with 2 teenage daughters. We have a rough collie dog (puppy) and an American shorthair cat. I am currently a Girl Scout leader (Highest Level - Ambassadors), church Confirmation teacher, a member of my church's pastoral council and I sing in my church's choir. I also help with events at my church and in the community whenever possible.

I enjoy helping students achieve their goals and working together with parents and caregivers to help children succeed. I believe we all have different learning styles and we can all learn from each other. Having a great team and open communication is key to everyone's success. I am looking forward to working with your child, collaborating with parents/caregivers and the team in our classroom.

Please reach out to me with any questions. My email is crosleyb@hasdk12.org or you can message me through ClassTag.
