    Hazleton Area Public Library
     
    Any resident of the Hazleton Area School District OR Luzerne County is eligible for a library card at no charge upon presentation of proper identification. The signature of a parent/legal guardian is required for children under 18. Your library card may be used at any member library of the Luzerne County Library System, provided you have it with you at the time of checkout. Non-Residents of the Hazleton Area School District and Luzerne County may apply for a card at no charge if their hometown library participates in the Access Pennsylvania program. Library cards are also available to Non-Residents who do not participate in the Access Pennsylvania program for an annual fee of $25.00.

    Acceptable forms of identification: Current, valid photo ID (driver's license, non-driver's ID) OR TWO of the following: checkbook, utility bill, credit card statement, vehicle registration, or vehicle insurance card.
