You will use this website daily to record information in the form of a fitness log that will be saved on the shared drive for part of your grade. This website will also be used for fitness testing at both the beginning and the end of the semester.This is a helpful website that shows each individualized muscle on the body and the exercises that would help tone, or build muscle in that area.The program revolves around easy-to-use, effective drug education publications and award-winning audiovisual presentations.
